Care Instructions

Do not leave your Neso up for longer than 24 hours to preserve the life of the fabric.

Before packing away your Neso, shake out the sand and make sure the tent and all parts are dry.

If you are adding rocks to the anchor bags, avoid using sharp or abrasive rocks as these may rip holes in the fabric.

Washing Instructions

Remove anchor bags or straps and wash separately.

Machine wash cold or hand wash on gentle/delicate cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. No iron, no bleach.

Amazing Sail Shade

We ordered a wrong size due to the many different options & some computer glitch. I reached out to the company and spoke with Rebecca. Not only did she help us, she make some good decisions & got us an even bigger tent for our Labor Day party. We were so amazed on the ease of set-up & the quick set up time. It looks great and our party was a success. I’m so grateful for Rebecca’s expertise in facilitating the best option for us and for our property. This looks great up and did the shade as expected. We got the 11x11, 2extra poles and the screw downs.

Works great

Works great make sure to steer it into the wind and use teamwork. I used it at the beach in Port Aransas. I found the sand anchors / corkscrew worked great and I really had to spread them out. It was nice having shade Others with pop ups didn’t fair so well.

I love this product because it is light and easy to carry in the bag provided. The sail provides ample shade with open sides to allow the breeze to blow through. I highly recommend it.
