I've used these type of beach tents for many many years now. I had one from another company that unfortunately would stretch and thin out after a few years and needed to be replaced often - I think we went through 3 from that company and they each had about a 3 year lifespan because they were so stretched out they no longer provided any sun protection. Decided to try Neso this time hoping that they will last longer and was immediately really impressed with the quality. It felt thicker and better quality than the ones we had from the other brand. We got one grande tent for our smaller group and the party tent for when all our guests were going to be with us at the beach. We were a group of about 8-9 people so needed an huge huge tent since we like to sit in a row looking at the ocean and not in a circle or in several rows. Our group could also spread out and not be on top of each other like we were with smaller tents we tried. So the size was perfect even though setting it up it seemed huge. I have two things that I have issues with. First, I don't think the sandbags are big enough for this large of a tent. When it's windy the bags start getting dragged in and then the tent gets super floppy. For us it fell over a few times during windy days. I think next time we will leave a hole where we're scooping out the sand to fill and put the bags in the holes. Maybe if they're more buried they won't drag. Second, the poles do not stay super secure without being tied to the tent. I learned this from the previous tents we had from the other company. They came with ties so you could tie around the ball on top and it kept the poles way more secure in the wind and just in general. For this tent we used the ties from the other company (they are made with the same stretchy tent material) but we may even try some soft hair ties next year to see if those work too. If you're having issues with keeping the poles up try tying them with something. Overall, pretty great - glad we could find something to fit our large group and looking forward to using it again!

I purchased the party tent to give shade and a base camp for my endurance runners. With so many adjustable variations to provide the perfect shade I only wish I’d had gotten one sooner. The backpack makes taking the tent incredibly easy,especially hiking into places.

Finally used it this saturday at a softball tournament and it worked great. It was a littly windy but not to bad. 2 other canopies flew over but this one stayed up. The poles moved quite a bit with the gusts but it would swing back into place!!

We used our Neso Party Tent on the Pensacola beach a couple weeks ago and "Wow" it was amazing! Kept us protected from the sun and made us so much cooler, like it absorbed moisture from the ocean! Absolutely a must have if you need protection from the sun. We will also use it when we have yard sales too! Thank you Neso!!

After homing and hawing whether or not to spend nearly $300 on this tent, we are delighted to! It’s moderately light, so easy to carry. It’s small making it easy to stow away. It set up in a few mi and was easy to do, the video instructions were great. We had it up in windy conditions and it stayed up, we had it staked in the lawn. It provided the shade we needed. We recommend this tent.
