We fly to the beach, it gets expensive renting umbrella’s and chairs. It’s not a value to check our pop up canopy and it’s big and bulky. Sooo…. This little gem meets all our needs. We can use it as a carry-on or pack it in a checked suitcase. Easy up. Easy down. It’s fantastic. Best value and purchase we’ve made in a long time!
Only reason not 5 stars is Haven’t got a chance to use yet, but based on what we saw we’ll love it
I think we will enjoy the Neso Grande but it will be next year before it is used. Bought two extra poles after reading reviews. My luck that we could have saved $30 by waiting less than two weeks to buy it.
Takes just a little longer than setting up an umbrella but so much more shade and it'll never fly away and stab anyone. Best of all is how simple to take down and pack after a long day at the beach. First use on windy day no problem because I followed instructions. 2nd use I got cocky, rushed and learned the importance of creating the tight X when it collapsed. Starting over, stretching out tight fixed the issue. Well worth the time to really over fill the bags, pull them tight, fill some more (bags filled as pictured on this page is not enough) and fortify. Wind resistance is best when you worry you won't be able to get poles up.
My family has used our Neso tent for 4 Summers now and we love it. The people posting bad reviews are simply not setting it up right. The key at the beach is to stretch it in a large x until you can’t stretch the x anymore. One person even showed a blue tent loose in the sand and returned it. It is user error. Our tent has withstand many windy days at the beach and on the no wind days we laugh at the folks with the “other brand” because they have no tent. This is a picture on a “no wind” day. Also, they have good customer service because when we originally ordered we put it up for the winter and used it for the first time the following Spring and noticed a small hole in the tent and they exchanged it. We look forward to many Summers to come with our Neso tent.
