When I received my chair it was slightly bent and the bottom wouldn’t completely fold down. I called Neso customer service and the agent said she would have one shipped from their warehouse that day. You can tell these chairs are going to last, however, they can be pretty heavy when carrying them across the beach! Perfect for sticking in a rolling wagon!
